DICKINSON BRINGS SITE TO MARKET Shaw's Supermarkets, Inc., North Quincy, MA : When Shaw's Supermarket decided on building a second Quincy store, they turned to Dickinson to head the project team. The Dickinson team worked closely with Quincy officials to plan and implement the successful revitalization of this former industrial site. The project consists of an 85,000 square foot marketplace, including a 55,000 square foot supermarket and other retailers. The success of this project and the Dickinson team's traffic solutions brought an increase in nearby property values and improved the neighborhood's traffic flow. The marketplace was completed in 1996.
